1. Each vendor is responsible for making their own hotel reservation. There are special rates for the retreat. Hotel Reservation Deadline to receive special room rate is October 3rd Ask for the WOMEN IN WORSHIP ROOM BLOCK

2. All vendor spaces will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Vendor tables will not be assigned until the reservation fee is paid.

4. Vendor location information and any additional information will be provided upon arrival at the registration area.

5. Alexis Stephens Ministries is not responsible for property theft or damage by fire and other causes.

6. Please note: Space is limited so please return completed registration form and appropriate fees to Alexis Stephens Ministries as soon as possible. All payments/fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
